Signature Shutter Company guarantees that the labor and materials for the specified product are free from defects for five years from the installation date. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes, or floods.
Signature Shutter Company's responsibility under this warranty, or any implied warranty, is strictly limited to providing, at no cost, labor and materials for any repairs needed due to poor workmanship or material failure within the warranty period. Note that coatings used in saltwater environments are only covered for one year. This warranty excludes defects or failures caused by unreasonable use, including inadequate maintenance, acts of God, or improper application and normal wear and tear. It does not apply to products purchased over the counter or transferred from this job site.
Signature Shutter Company's liability under this warranty is confined to replacing materials affected by unsatisfactory workmanship or materials, as determined by Signature Shutter Company. Under no circumstances will Signature Shutter Company be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of other property or equipment. This warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary depending on the state.
This warranty becomes effective upon certification by Signature Shutter Company that the installation has been completed and upon receipt of the completion certificate signed by the owner. This warranty is not transferable.
